Our SMART Recovery facilitator training equips you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to lead effective, inclusive, and participant-centred meetings.
You'll gain a strong foundation in SMART Recovery’s 4-Point Program, group facilitation techniques, and the use of motivational interviewing and cognitive-behavioural tools. The learning outcomes focus on helping you build confidence in guiding groups, supporting participants through different stages of recovery, and applying a non-judgmental, strength-based approach.
By the end of the training, you’ll be prepared to create a safe, supportive, and empowering space where participants can take charge of their own recovery.
