Being in a close relationship with someone struggling with addiction or problematic behaviours is highly stressful. With SMART Recovery Family & Friends we can help improve your understanding of the condition, the support available, and help you form a plan to regain control of your own life.
Weekly SMART Family & Friends support meetings
Our online and in-person groups are run by trained facilitators who often have their own experiences as a family member affected by a loved one’s relationship with alcohol, drugs, gambling or other problematic behaviours.
