Tool Overview

This tool is useful for reflecting on our environment and where we spend our time to decide if they are helping - or hindering - the behavioural changes we are seeking to make. It is a powerful tool to help you think about and maintain an environment that is going to support the changes you want to make.

How To Use This Tool

List all particular events or environments in your life where you spend time. e.g. The bar, night clubs, your home, your friends house etc. Next, think about whether those places trigger urges / cravings or not. Identify the reasons they do or do not trigger you and finally rate the risk of being in these environments in terms of the changes you want to make.
