I’m having trouble with the Moodle / E-learning platform — how can I fix it?
Hi
Thanks for reaching out and sorry to hear you're having trouble with the Moodle training platform. Please try the following steps:
-
Use Google Chrome as your browser.
-
Enable pop-ups in Chrome by following these steps:
- Click the three-dot menu in the top-right corner of your browser
- Go to Settings > Privacy and Security > Site Settings > Pop-Ups and Redirects
- Allow pop-ups
- Refresh the Moodle page and try launching the training again
-
Complete all required activities, including videos, quizzes, and interactive content. Make sure to watch videos to the end, and interact with all clickable elements.
If there is a box with a solid border, click it to tick it once you believe the activity is complete. -
Only one module can be open at a time. If another module is already open (even minimised), close it before launching a new one.
-
If you’re stuck on a page, check whether there’s a video that hasn’t been fully watched or interactive elements not yet completed (e.g., clickable characters that need to be selected — a green tick will appear once done).
-
If the next module won’t unlock, check the previous one is fully complete. Look for “Progress 1/1” in the bottom-right corner of the module window.
If you’re still having issues, feel free to reply to this email or call us on (02) 9373 5100 for support.
Warm regards,
