Can I get a report for court about my attendance at SMART Recovery meetings?

Yes, you can access a court report regarding your attendance at SMART recovery by request to smartrecovery@srau.org.au.


SMART Recovery AU can provide a report addressed to the court with dates and times of your attendance at meetings, as well as an explanation of what SMART Recovery is. An official court report will incur a fee of $100.00 and will be delivered within 10 days of payment of Invoice. If you require an express report, this will incur a cost of $250.00 and will be delivered within 5 days of payment of Invoice.

If you do not want to pay the fee, you can use the free Pathcheck Instant Verification system or request a general manual verification for free. These verifications will include dates and times of meeting attendance only, and will not be addressed to the courts.
