## Why SMART Track?

**

### Track your progress

Track and monitor your progress and cravings. Answer questions each week and receive tailored feedback and recovery stats

**

### Research informed

Developed in consultation with participants, facilitators and leading AOD researchers, supported by funding from NSW Health*

**

### Design your own recovery

Establish your own recovery goals and sources of motivation. Monitor progress towards personally meaningful outcomes

**

### Helpful tools & resources

Access resources, self-management hints and tips to assist your recovery and keep you on track

"To be able to set my own goals and plans each week was very refreshing. Then to be able to track how I was going and realise when I got urges, was a great way of seeing changes and patterns."

 Geoff

## "My participants can stay on track in between attending meetings, as they access the app throughout the weekend, after hours, any time they wish."
